    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

# Program Qualifications (Outcomes)
1 Follows current literature in game studies to develop research questions and reports findings in accordance with academic writing standards.
2 Develops high-quality game prototypes using modern game engines and advanced technologies (AI, XR, Ray Tracing) while optimizing technical performance and hardware constraints
3 Analyzes player data using statistical and machine learning methods to manage game balance, user retention, and personalized experience design processes.
4 Integrates conceptual design, sound/music architecture, and advanced narrative techniques within a framework unified by game mechanics and human-computer interaction principles.
5 Analyzes digital games within semiotic and cultural contexts; evaluates the impact of in-game symbols, mechanics, and ethical values on player perception.
6 Plans game production processes using agile methodologies; develops ethics-oriented revenue models and sustainable business strategies to manage project budget, risk, and schedule.
7 Designs serious games, simulations, or experimental interaction environments for different disciplines using gamification and game-based learning theories.
8 Acts with a sense of social responsibility regarding ethical issues such as data privacy, representation justice, and labor rights within the game development ecosystem.
