    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University.     Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

# Field Qualifications
1 Has advanced basic conceptual knowledge about Medieval History.
2 Has research and planning knowledge about Medieval History.
3 Has the theoretical and practical knowledge required to obtain advanced knowledge.
4 Has the ability to analyze theoretical information about Medieval History and evaluate its reflections in practice.
5 Accesses original sources of information in the field of Medieval History by using written and visual sources.
6 Obtains information about Medieval History by processing it with technical means and has the ability to prepare and present this information in a report with the technical equipment (computer, etc.) required in the field.
7 Produces interdisciplinary interpretations, analyzes and develops these skills by establishing relationships with other sciences related to Medieval History.
8 Has the awareness of fulfilling the duties and responsibilities he undertakes.
9 Solve a problem related to Medieval History independently, both as a team and on his own.
10 Assumes responsibility at the individual level or as a team to solve any possible disruption or problem that may occur in any application / research related to Medieval History, and takes priority when necessary.
11 Plans the processes and timing of multi-member group studies to be carried out in Medieval History research, and carries out the planned tasks to the desired extent and on time.
12 Passes and evaluates the information obtained about Medieval History through the filter of cause-effect and criticism.
13 Identify deficiencies in knowledge and practice regarding Medieval History.
14 Directs his/her education to an advanced level of education in the field of Medieval History or to a profession at the same level.
15 Has the competence to share knowledge and learn together.
16 Gained the awareness of lifelong learning and questioning.
17 Transfers the knowledge and skills acquired about Medieval History in written and oral form.
18 Has the competence to evaluate and apply the data obtained during the education process in business life.
19 Uses expert knowledge with awareness of social responsibility.
20 Transforms knowledge and practices related to Medieval History into projects and activities within the framework of social responsibility approach.
21 Using a foreign language (Arabic, Persian), follows the information in Medieval History and communicates with colleagues.
