Field Qualifications

#	Field Qualifications
1	Enhance and deepen the current and advanced knowledge in their field being based upon the master’s level qualifications with original ideas and/or research at a specialist level and reach original descriptions that will bring innovation to science.
2	Interrelate different disciplines related to the field and their sub-fields and reach original results by using their specialized knowledge in the analysis, synthesis and evaluation of new and complex ideas.
3	Approach the new information in their field systematically and conduct advanced research related to the field.
4	Develop a new scientific method which brings innovation to science or apply an existing method in a different field, henceforth, design an original research and conduct it.
5	Make critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation of new and complex ideas.
6	Make a contribution through original publishable research that brings innovation to science, develops a new scientific method or applies an existing method in a different field.
7	Extend the borders of knowledge in their field by publishing scientific articles in national or international refereed journals about the field.
8	Lead in original and interdisciplinary studies.
9	Carry out their studies independently or as members of a team.
10	Think creatively and critically, develop new ideas and methods associated with the field by using advance level mental processes like problem solution and making decision.
11	Behave as a facilitator and leader in educational activities in their field.
12	Carry out teaching processes interactively and on ethical grounds.
13	Develop and implement effective teaching strategies in order to enable their students to gain information and skills related to their field of study.
14	Analyze the social relations and the norms directing these relations critically, develop them and if necessary, monitor the actions attempting to change them.
15	Defend their original views among a community of specialists.
16	Establish written, oral and visual communication and discussion by using a foreign language at least at C1 general level of European Language Portfolio.
17	Communicate considering cultural differences in all national and international studies.
18	Contribute to the process of being knowledge-based society by promoting technological, social and cultural advances within academic and professional contexts.
19	Form a functional interaction with related people and institutions by using processes of strategic decision making in the solutions of the problems related to the field.
20	Produce solutions about social, scientific and ethical issues of their study field and support the development of these values at national and international platforms.
