Field Qualifications

#	Field Qualifications
1	Lists the concepts and institutions related to various legal disciplines and the relationships between these concepts and institutions.
2	Has the knowledge of legal methodololgy and interpretation methods.
3	Is aware of the legal regulations, decisions of judicial bodies, and development and scientific evaluations thereof in all areas of law.
4	Lists the problems encountered in the legal practice.
5	Examines, interprets and evaluates legislative texts, judicial decisions and scientific sources with the methods provided by legal methodology.
6	Solves the problems encountered in legal practice by using legislative texts, judicial decisions and scientific sources.
7	Resolves legal disputes by evaluating legislative texts, judicial decisions and opinions in the doctrine.
8	Takes responsibility individually and as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in law practice.
9	Plans and manages activities for the development of employees under his/her responsibility within the framework of a project.
10	Pursues and evaluates the developments in legal theory and practice.
11	Evaluates the knowledge and skills acquired in the field of law with a critical approach.
12	Develops a positive attitude towards lifelong learning.
13	Informs relevant persons and institutions on legal issues; conveys his/her thoughts and solution proposals for problems with justifications in writing and verbally.
14	Plans and implements professional projects and activities for the social environment in which he/she lives with a sense of social responsibility.
15	Pursues knowledge in law and communicate foreign co-professionals by using a foreign language on a level of European Language Portfolio General B1.
16	Uses computer software and information and communication technologies at least at the Advanced Level of the European Computer User License, as required by the field of law.
17	Defends and protects the nature of the Republic of Türkiye as a democratic, secular and social state governed by the rule of law, with an understanding of public peace, national solidarity and justice, respectful of human rights, loyal to Atatürk\'s nationalism, and based on the fundamental principles set forth in the preamble of the Constitution.
18	Has the understanding of integrity, justice and ethics required to be a legal professional.
19	Has the background to settle the concrete issues fairly, follow the legal regulations and take active role in judicial process.
20	Has the competence to perceive and resolve legal problems, from a viewpoint of both current and ideal law by internalizing universal principles of law.
