    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

# Program Qualifications (Outcomes)
1 To be able to develop and deepen current and advanced knowledge in the field of speech and language therapy at the level of expertise with original thought and research based on graduate qualifications.
2 Understands the interdisciplinary interaction related to the field of speech and language therapy, reaches original results by using knowledge that requires expertise in analyzing, synthesizing and evaluating new and complex ideas.
3 Evaluates and uses new knowledge in the field of speech and language therapy with a systematic approach.
4 Have high-level skills in using research methods in studies related to the field of speech and language therapy.
5 To be able to lead in environments that require the solution of unique and interdisciplinary problems encountered in the field of speech and language therapy.
6 Develops new ideas and methods related to speech and language therapy by using high-level mental processes such as creative and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
7 Contributes to the progress in the field by independently conducting an original study that brings innovation to the field of speech and language therapy or applies a known idea, method, design and/or application to a different field.
8 Publishes at least one scientific article related to the field of speech and language therapy in national or international refereed journals; expands the boundaries of knowledge in the field by conducting an original study.
9 To be able to defend his/her original views in the field of speech and language therapy against experts in his/her field and in different disciplines and to establish effective communication that demonstrates his/her competence in the field.
10 Contributes to the process of becoming and sustaining an information society by introducing scientific, technological, social or cultural developments in the field of speech and language therapy.
11 Contributes to the solution of social, scientific, cultural and ethical problems encountered in the field of speech and language therapy and supports the development of these values.
