    Eskişehir Academy of Economic and Commercial Sciences, founded in 1958, formed the basis of Anadolu University. The Academy was replaced by Anadolu University in 1982, which has gained a well-deserved place as a modern, dynamic and innovative institution among the largest universities not only in Türkiye, but also in the world.

    Kısa adıyla BAP (Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri), yüksek öğretim kurumlarındaki bilimsel araştırmaların desteklenmesi amacıyla geliştirilmiş bir uygulamadır. Bu uygulama YÖK'ün 01.01.2002 tarihinden geçerli olmak üzere yürülüğe aldığı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Bilimsel Araştırma Projeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca gerçekleştirilmektedir. Üniversitemizin tüm öğretim elemanları BAP Komisyonuna başvurarak bilimsel araştırmaları için kaynak alabilirler.

    At Anadolu University, social and cultural activities are as important as education and scientific research. The University frequently holds scientific events such as conferences, seminars, panels, congresses and symposia, and cultural activities such as exhibitions, stage performances and concerts. In addition to smaller conference halls in each unit, Atatürk Culture and Arts Center, Congress Center and Cinema Anadolu on Yunusemre Campus house many activities throughout the year.

# Program Qualifications (Outcomes)
1 improve the recent and advanced level knowledge at expert level with original thinking and research in the linguistic, language teaching, literature and educational sciences field.
2 understand the interaction between the disciplines; make the analysis and synthesis of new and complex ideas, evaluate them; and reach original conclusions at expert level.
3 use new knowledge in the French teaching field at expert level
4 develop scientifical research project in the field
5 make analysis, synthesis and evaluation of new knowledge in the field
6 contribute to science by carrying out an original study in the field
7 develop new ideas and methods related to the field using high level cognitive processes as creativity, critical reflexion, solving problems and deciding.
8 understand and apply social, cultural and ethical responsibilities
9 communicate effectively in advocating their original opinions in front of an expert group showing their capabilities.
10 have written and oral communication and discussion by using Franch foreign language at least at C1 general level of European Language Portfolio.
11 have written and oralcommunication and discussion by using a second foreign language at least atB1-B2 general level of European Language Portfolio.
12 use effectively ICT to reach and relate conclusions of research studies
13 contribute to the process of becoming an information society by taking responsabilities in scientific,social, cultural and ethical fields an by find solutions in these fields.
